In 2016, Parallax Consulting Group was created in Houston, Texas where we quickly gained a reputation for our design aesthetic, intricate approach to problem solving, and more specifically; client focus. With over nineteen years of experience in Corporate Interiors, Residential, and Commercial projects, Parallax brings a diverse knowledge base to our work, from both Client/Owner Representation, Design Services and Project Management.
Parallax has specific direct experience providing Owner’s representative services for corporate facilities and private owners of residential projects. Parallax is skilled at delivering significant levels of invaluable and realistic insight at each phase of the development process; beginning with feasibility and acquisition, working through program, design, & financing, while ultimately culminating with construction management.
Responsible for the project’s overall direction and control, Parallax is actively involved in all design phases and construction administration of the project to ensure that the design intent and concepts are implemented to meet all established functional and aesthetic goals. With this background, Parallax can anticipate problems, while finding creative solutions for complex and challenging projects.
As the client’s eyes on the project, Parallax can take a step back, observe and guide Ownership as to the correct course of action. We will speak up and present all options available, to steer you in the right direction. For Parallax to be a truly effective owner’s representative, we know that listening to our clients and fully understand their needs is crucial for the success and implementation of the project and the relationship of all team members.
